STIR CRAZY COOKING CLASS
Kids come and create your own edible masterpieces. Learn the basics of cooking by working with Miss Sally and your peers in preparing a fun and delicious meal.

BEGINNER DRAWING
Welcome To Drawing 101! In this class we will be learning different techniques that can help students enhance their skills with the pencil. Themes we will be covering in this class include Self- Portraits, Observational Drawings, Creating Anthropomorphic animals, and more.

INTERMEDIATE DRAWING
Welcome To Intermediate Drawing 101! In this class, for students experienced in drawing we will be learning different tips to level up our drawings. Topics we will be covering in this class include Still Life drawings, How to draw emotions, figure drawing ,and more.

CURSIVE & CREATIVE WRITING
Learners will leave this class with the ability to sign their name (at the very least) in cursive. We will also create poems and creative writings that may just spark the writer in the child! This course runs for 4 weeks.

NERF BATTLEGROUND
Test your individual and team effectiveness as a participant in our Nerf RIVAL Battlegrounds! The RIVAL series features high-performance, high-speed Nerf blasters that are perfect for competitive, team-based play. If you have ever wanted to try out Paintball, this is a great, safe alternative! The RIVAL blasters use squishy Nerf pellets, which is perfect for competitive gaming because players can feel when they get hit, but the pellets don’t hurt like Paintball or Airsoft. Capture the Flag, King of the Hill, and Zone Wars, are a few of the games we’ll play while also allowing participants to get great exercise, learn strategic planning skills, and make new battle-tested friends.

ZUMIX: WORLD RHYTHMS DRUMMING AND PERCUSSION
These classes offer a hands-on approach to learning about Afro-Caribbean, Afro-Latin and other rhythmic forms from around the world. The students will use authentic instruments to create percussion compositions rooted in solid music theory and engaging rhythms. Each class will begin with fun icebreakers, music games and warm-ups geared toward making the experience of learning about drums and percussion accessible, enjoyable and memorable. We will also turn our focus toward exploring specific techniques for the different percussion instruments in our hands and the role that each of these instruments play within the cultural rhythms that we will present in our culminating performances. Both the younger and older classes will explore activities that are geared toward their level of skill and accessibility with the older students being encouraged to step up to more challenging material. It also cannot go without saying that within these classes students also develop the personal and social skills of respect, teamwork and self-confidence as part of the lifelong creative learning process.

HIP HOP WITH DANCE REVOLUTION
Dance Revolution is offering a Hip Hop Class. This will be a fun, upbeat class teaching Choreography, movement and performance skills.

CHEERING CLINIC
5 6 7 8, who do we appreciate! The Revere Parks and Recreation Department, that’s who! We’re here to bring you 6 weeks of spirit, hard work, and fun. At this clinic kids will learn motions, cheers, tumbling, even some basic stunts! At the end of the clinic there will be a performance that all families are encouraged to enjoy and see what amazing skills their kids have learned. Adrianna Keefe and Kalei Alba will be leading the class, both of which are long time cheerleaders and coaches for Revere Pop Warner.

WOODCRAFTING
Learners will follow along with a carpenter to create individual wooden kit projects to take home. Students will learn the skills of following directions and how to assemble wooden projects. Students will experience a sense of accomplishment and pride in their completed projects. This course runs for 4 weeks.

INTRODUCTION TO MAKEUP WITH NIKKI
Find your perfect look! In this class you will learn the basics of make up application, step-by-step. Participants will be shown techniques and given unique tips to create a flawless look. The goal will to be to create a look that is subtle and natural while enhancing each individual's natural beauty.

STORYTIME YOGA WITH HALEY
Get ready to bend and stretch to a story! This 45-minute program is great for kids of all yoga abilities. We invite you to reach, breathe, read, and relax your way through this six-week class. Exercises, songs, and great stories with guided yoga. Bring your own yoga mat or borrow one of ours! Snack included.

THEATRE PROGRAM
Curtains up everybody! This 6 week program will teach your child the do’s and don’ts of the stage, and widen their knowledge of both acting and crew work. Students will also have a chance to put on a performance at the end of the program in the form of a skit that they write and direct themselves with a group of their new friends! We hope you join us and we know you’ll enjoy the show.
